On May 10, Shanghai Financial Court held a press conference to release the Report on Preventing Legal Risks of Financial Leasing Disputes (hereinafter referred to as “Report”). This is the third consecutive year for Shanghai Financial Court to release industrial legal risk prevention reports, as part of the implementation of the “Annual Release Mechanism of Legal Risk Prevention Reports on Financial Disputes” established by the court. This conference is the second in the series of press conferences on the “Innovation and Practice: Modernization of Financial Trials” by Shanghai Financial Court, and the fourteenth in the series of press conferences on the “Further Promotion on the Modernization for Shanghai Courts on Justice and Efficiency” by Shanghai High People’s Court. Shan Suhua, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of Shanghai Financial Court, briefed the media on the Report. Gu Hui, Special Inspector of Shanghai Financial Court, Member of the 14th Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Huayi Holdings Group Co., Ltd. was invited to attend. Reporters from 18 news media, including Xinhua News Agency and Legal Daily, attended the conference.
