On March 2, the Shanghai Financial Court held a press conference to release the Report on Preventing Legal Risks of Bond Disputes (“Report”). Following the Report on Preventing Legal Risks of Private Equity Fund Disputes released in 2022, this Report is another industrial legal risk prevention report released as part of the implementation of the Annual Release Mechanism of Legal Risk Prevention Reports on Financial Disputes established by the Court. The press conference is also the fourth in a series of press conferences held by the Court on “Innovative Practices in Specialized Financial Trials”. Vice President Lin Xiaonie briefed the media on the Report. Wen Yong, Director of the Political Department and the Court’s spokesperson, hosted the press conference. Journalists from nearly 20 news media, including the People’s Daily and Xinhua News Agency, attended the press conference.
