Shanghai Financial Court issued the Provisions on the Model Judgment Mechanism for Securities Disputes (Version 2.0)

On January 11, Shanghai Financial Court held a press conference and issued Version 2.0 of the Provisions on the Model Judgment Mechanism for Securities Disputes (the Provisions), which comprehensively upgraded the first version released in January 2019. The press conference kicked off the press conference series on ¡°innovative practice of professional financial trials¡± launched by Shanghai Financial Court. Judge Lin Xiaonie, Vice President of Shanghai Financial Court, briefed the media on the revision of the Provisions. Wen Yong, Director of the Political Department and Spokesperson, presided over the press conference, which was attended by reporters from nearly 20 media outlets including People¡¯s Daily and Xinhua News Agency.
