Enforcement cases

I.       The Shanghai Financial Court enforces its effective first-instance judgments and rulings as well as mediation awards.

II.      The Shanghai Financial Court enforces arbitral awards delivered by domestic and foreign arbitration institutions and notarized debt instruments legally made enforceable by public notary offices, or takes interim measures upon pre-foreign-related-arbitration preservation requests, if they should be enforced or taken by intermediate people¡¯s courts and involve civil and commercial financial disputes.
