Appeal cases

I.       The Shanghai Financial Court has jurisdiction over appeals against judgments or rulings, delivered by primary people¡¯s court in Shanghai, on first-instance civil and commercial financial cases and finance-related administrative cases.

II.      The Shanghai High People¡¯s Court has jurisdiction over appeals against judgments or rulings delivered by the Shanghai Financial Court.
